Webb Wheel Products, Inc. (“Webb Wheel”) warrants to the original retail purchaser of Webb Air Disc Brake calipers, that when the Webb Air Disc Brake caliper is installed and maintained on vehicles in accordance with Webb Air Disc Brake installation and maintenance instructions, the Webb Air Disc Brake caliper will be free of defects in material or workmanship under normal use for the warranty period shown below.

The warranty period begins from the date of purchase from an authorized Webb distributor and should be registered online at http://www.webbairdiscbrakes.com/register/. If proof of purchase is not provided when filing a warranty claim, the start of the warranty period defaults back to the caliper’s original date of manufacture. This warranty is limited to those Webb Air Disc Brake calipers which fail in normal use and service because of defects in material and/or workmanship. This limited warranty does not cover parts that fail due to incorrect installation, lack of maintenance, or abuse or similar causes. Serviceable components such as guide sleeves, bushings, and seals are not covered under this limited warranty. Webb Air Disc Brake calipers cannot compensate for other deficiencies in the brake system, therefore, please ensure all other components of the air disc brake system are functioning properly before contacting Webb Wheel for warranty consideration. Webb Wheel will not accept the return of any goods without its prior written consent.

Items that are claimed to be defective must be returned to Webb Wheel for full evaluation, along with proof of purchase, within a reasonable period after the claim is made. The item(s) will be inspected by an authorized representative of Webb Wheel and a determination will be made as to whether the item(s) is covered by the limited warranty.

Webb Wheel will not be liable for any failure or damage caused by abuse of its products, improper installation, improper application or use, accidents, or results thereof, improper maintenance, or acts of GOD. THE WARRANTY IN THE FIRST PARAGRAPH ABOVE IS WEBB WHEEL’S ONLY WARRANTY. WEBB WHEEL MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY LAW, COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, USAGE OF TRADE OR OTHERWISE. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND/OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED BY SELLER AND EXCLUDED. IN NO EVENT SHALL WEBB WHEEL BE LIABLE TO THE PURCHASER OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY LOSS OF USE, REVENUE OR PROFIT, OR FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES WHETHER ARISING OUT OF BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES WERE FORESEEABLE AND WHETHER OR NOT WEBB WHEEL HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, AND NOTWITHSTANDING THE FAILURE OF ANY AGREED OR OTHER REMEDY OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.

With respect to any items to which the limited warranty applies during the applicable warranty period, Webb Wheel shall, in its sole discretion, either: (1) repair or replace such item (or the defective part) or (2) credit or refund the price of such item which shall be limited to an amount equal to the purchase price of the goods or part thereof with respect to which such liability is claimed. THE REMEDIES SET FORTH IN THIS PARAGRAPH SHALL BE THE PURCHASER’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AND WEBB WHEEL’S ENTIRE LIABILITY FOR ANY BREACH OF WEBB WHEEL’S LIMITED WARRANTY.
